Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within 2 hours of Bowmanville, Ontario. We plan to expand delivery options soon.

When will each season’s box ship?

Boxes ship four times a year, aligned with each season. Shipping dates will be announced ahead of launch.

How do you keep the flowers fresh during delivery?

We keep the flowers cool and hydrated until delivery. Each box includes care instructions for rehydrating your blooms as soon as they arrive.

What if my box arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at christine@xoeventsandweddings.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, please email us before your box ships to update your address.

Will I be able to recycle the box?

Yes! We use recyclable and compostable packaging wherever possible. However, we designed the box with a beautiful print so it can be re-used in your home. Some clients have re-used the box for storage or dislayed on shelving units.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause, skip a box, or cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us.
