We offer fresh florals, event floral design, workshops, and curated lifestyle goods.
All floral products are made to order and may vary slightly from images shown due to seasonal availability and natural variation. We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify prices, fees, or service offerings at any time without notice.
Full payment is required at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

By purchasing from XO Events & Florals, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.
5. Event & Workshop Bookings
Event floral design services require a signed agreement and deposit to reserve your date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or session with prior notice.
6. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website—including descriptions, pricing, and images—is accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
7. Third-Party Links
Certain content or products available via our website may include materials or links from third parties (for example, local maker collaborations or featured brands).
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party websites and assume no liability for their materials, products, or services.
