🌸 XO Events & Florals Refund & Return Policy

At XO Events & Florals, every bouquet and Bloom Box is made with care, creativity, and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Because many of our products are custom-made or perishable, certain items are final sale, but we always want you to love what you receive.

1. Fresh Flowers & Bloom Boxes

  • All fresh flower orders, event florals, and Bloom Boxes are final sale and non-refundable once they have been prepared or delivered.

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll review and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial credit toward a future order.

  • Because flowers are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns after delivery or pickup.

2. Workshops & Tickets

  • Workshop registrations are non-refundable but transferable. If you can’t attend, you may send someone in your place or request that your ticket be transferred to a future session (if space allows).

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop may be eligible for a credit toward another event.

3. Lifestyle & Non-Perishable Products

  • Non-perishable items (such as vases, tools, or lifestyle products from our Bloom Box) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production hasn’t begun. Once we’ve started preparing your florals or packing your Bloom Box, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
