Bring a touch of charm to your next event with The XO Bloom Bar — our signature flower cart designed for weddings, showers, workshops, corporate activations, and styled gatherings. Featuring a modern white bar, fringed umbrella, and “Bloom Bar” signage, this setup creates an unforgettable floral experience and beautiful photo moment for your guests.

Rental pricing is for the structure-only rental, with optional add-ons like on-site flower styling and/or materials (snips, ribbon, wrapping paper etc.).

If you’d like us to provide the flowers, custom floral pricing will be quoted separately based on your flower selections, event type, and guest count.

Daily rental: $200

Weekend rental: $325 (Friday–Sunday)

Delivery available across Durham Region, GTA & Peterborough — starting at $75 round trip.

Rental date selection is subject to availability. Once your order is placed, our team will review your requested date and confirm your booking via email.

If you’re booking a Weekend Rental, please select the Friday you’d like your Bloom Bar delivered — your rental will automatically cover the full weekend (Friday–Sunday).
We’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your booking, delivery details, and any add-ons or custom flower options.
